Rubber Bands

Rubber bands have many different purposes now a days and because of this I'm not surprised on why some schools would ban them. People seem to use rubber bands as a source of weaponry now. What I mean by that is rubber bands could potential fall under the weapon category because people  use them with papers. People use the rubber bands as guns or crossbows whatever weapon you want to compare them too but they're used to fling papers. I'm not sure what they're original purpose was for these rubber bands at first but I'm sure it wasn't meant to be used as a weapon. I wonder who came up with the idea that this is an effective way of using rubber bands. It doesn't matter though what's certain is that I personally won't be using rubber bands as a weapon at school.

Computer Consoles

There's a new console that was manufactured by a computer company called Alienware. The console is called Alienware Alpha and it's actually just computer in console form. The point of it's creation is for the people who want to play computer games but don't want to spend money on a PC and the monitor. The console comes with an Xbox 360 controller and the specs of console which is pretty cool. From the consoles name I could tell that this is one of many Alienware consoles that are to come. It's like the production of a game it goes from alpha, beta , and then omega which is the final phase. Alienware is known for it's really good yet expensive gaming computers so I'm expecting some good things from the console. I don't personally plan on buying the console just yet but if I start seeing great reviews then maybe I'll change my mind and buy it.

A Best Friend's Suggestion

I've learned how to play a bunch of different chords now so I feel confident that I could learn to play a song completely. My friend Genesis suggested for me to play a song even though the song she suggested is metal rock and I play acoustic. I'll still probably learn the chords to the song but it's not going to the sound the same as she probably expects. The song she wants me to learn was made by band called Pierce the Veil. I don't really know any of the songs for that band but I guess they're good since Genesis has a good taste in music. There are some genres of music I don't agree with her on but overall we share a wide variety of bands that we both enjoy listening too. I will learn the song she suggested but I think in return she's going to have to sing it so that we both put in work in this little project.

Six Flags

I have been to Six Flags about 3 times already and I only truly enjoyed it the 3rd time I went. The first time I went it was pretty exciting because I was little so I got excited over every activity that was available. The thing that was disappointing about my first time was that we were only in the water park because I wasn't the appropriate height to ride the rides. In comparison to the third time when we got on all the rides at least once some even twice. We were fortunate that Six Flags wasn't filled that day and the lines were short. I have to say at first I was intimidated when I saw the drop on the Iron Rattler but that ended up being one of my favorite rides. I want to go back to Six Flags to just feel the rush I felt when I went down the drop on the Rattler. Hopefully I will have that opportunity again sometime this summer.

Ear Infections

Ear infections are some of the worst things to get during the cold weather. It only adds on to the problems that we have to already deal with due to this weather. Now, aside from running noses we also have to deal with clogged ears from which we can't really hear from. From personal experience it's frustrating when you hear very little from one ear, the sound entering the infected ear is muffled. I couldn't even enjoy playing my guitar because some of the sounds would sound very distorted. Then for some reason I would constantly get headaches along with the ear infection which was very painful and annoying. In conclusion ear infections are painful so if you know someone who's dealing with it help them out by keeping your noise level to minimum when you're around them.

Missing a School Day

Missing a school day really affects the flow of work for me that week. It's not that I start slacking or anything like that but it definitely affects my comprehension on the subject that was covered the day I missed. There's also a lot of work that I need to make up and that piles up with the work of the day after the absence. It's such a daily routine going to school that missing one day just ruins that entire feel for the week. It's like starting off fresh again, not necessarily from the beginning of the semester but like the beginning of the six weeks. Aside from just getting tons of homework I also have my class work pile up and that really affects my grade. All of a sudden I have different due dates than the rest of my class mates and that ends up confusing me on my work. Therefore, I despise missing out on school days no matter how sick I feel.

Cookies

Cookies are one of the greatest wonders of this world, I'm surprised they didn't make it on the list of 6 wonders of the world. I'm just kidding but in all honesty cookies are delicious and have a great diversity. Whether chocolate chip or fruit flavored like lemon, cookies could make any person's day. I'm surprised people don't give that for valentines instead of chocolate, although cookies do have some disadvantages. First of all, they're not the healthiest of food to eat especially on a daily basis, that's a big mistake. Another reason for why it's bad to eat them on a daily basis is because eating something very often makes you sick of it. If you get sick of cookies then you will miss out on the delicious factor of the cookie. That's all up to you though, but in the end cookies are one of the greatest snacks.
