Play to Learn

In the game Malaria you can definitely notice the difference between the 2D and 3D version of the game. Well first of all in the 3D version of the game you have 1st person point of view so there's a major difference compared to the 2D version of the game, in which you have a 3rd person point of view. Although I will say that I kind of liked the 3rd person point of view because you can spot all the items right away, unlike the 3D version where you have to actually go look for the items. In the end it was the 3D version that I liked the most because of it's dynamic atmosphere. Looking at this game I think I know what I'm going to be using for the game I create. Some ingredients I'm going to be using for my game include invisible collisions, lighting, pre-made objects for sure, and sound effects. I will also put in the obvious, which is terrains, plants, rocks, an avatar, and a skybox.
