Presenting Hidden Object Game

The main idea or the whole point of my game is to teach the player what didn't exist back then. Which will demonstrate how advance we humans have gotten with technology. I researched all type of things on my topic which was the 13 colonies. The most interesting thing that I found was that Jamestown wasn't officially the first settlement. There a was another small settlement months before called Roanoke. That was surprising information to me. Well first I wanted to do a hidden objects game on at least three of the colonies. Then I started to draw the first scene of my game and noticed that it was going to be difficult to make it a three level game. I also want to have some colonist animated in the background but I couldn't do it so I just didn't include the colonists. In the end, my scene concluded of one house, one colonist working on the house, a ship, and a lot of trees. The game ingredients that improved my game were the splash screens, timer, and managing a hidden objects list. They help out because they make my game more challenging and at the same time less mystifying . The hardest thing was to put the timer. It was difficult because there was a code to keep the timer going in the background so I would always go to the losing scene. I overcame this by adding a stop code in the page I wanted the timer to stop.
