When - When does the action take place?
It takes place on the year 2011, the year his family died.
What - What is the problem the character is facing?
 (bullying, environmental, - this is where your topic goes)
He can't decide if he should tell the principal that there is bullying in the shool or just don't do anything.
Why - Why is this issue important to your character?
This is important because he remember when he use to get picked on and he never got help from people. 
How - How is your character going to overcome this problem?
He will make the decision of helping the kid who is getting bullied and tell the principal about it.
