Tales of a Missing Mascot

The book I read was "Tale of the Missing Mascot'" by Alexander Steele.This is a book about some kids searching for the parts of the mascot's head that got lost. It all started when Sam,David,and Joe were at a football game. It was their school against another school. Well their school's mascot costume was all torn up and the crowd was laughing at him. Sam felt sad for the mascot so she told him that she would fix the costume and make it look better. Well, then Sam and the other kids left to go eat and left the costume at the car. When they returned back to car after eating they found out that the head of the mascot costume was missing. Now they started to search for the head but they had no clues to know who took it. They got a book about how you can solve and get clues to solve a mystery. You have to read the book to find out what happens because it's a really cool book and I don't want to tell you the ending. I recommend you to read this book especially if you like the show "Scooby-Doo" because it's kind of like that show but they don't solve mysteries about scary creatures.
