Food Inc.

Today we watch a video about food. The video was talking about how many companies are mistreating their animals and workers. After I saw this video I was thinking to myself how could I eat healthy besides vegetables and where to get that food. I was really dissapointed when I saw how they killed a little chicken. This film may me realize how important it is to eat the right things and how to be careful of what I eat.
